I simply loved the decoration of Warm Ways 3 Apartment! The lobby area was so beautifully adorned with traditional Vietnamese artwork and vibrant colors. It made me feel like I was truly immersed in the local culture. Plus, the hotel's general areas were very well maintained and clean, which is important for senior people like me who value a tidy environment. I found the hotel to be quite accessible for senior people, with easily navigable hallways and elevators that made getting around a breeze. It was such a relief to not have to worry about climbing stairs or struggling with heavy luggage.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be if the children working there could speak a little more English. While I understand that we are in their country and it's not their first language, it would have been helpful to have a bit more communication during my stay.

the room was very clean and modern, equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave. the reception and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the highlight was definitely the fantastic bathroom, complete with hot water and quality soaps provided. the hotel is located in a residential area, away from the tourist areas, so it was quiet at night but still easy to get a grab into town. There were plenty of convenience stores, bars, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, and shopping malls were just a 10-minute walk away. the D1 tourist area was around 5km away, a quick $2 taxi ride.
No negatives from this place. 🙌.

Very clean and modern room with great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. a fantastic place to stay.
